My approach to teaching is based on 'real life needs' of the customer. I also work in a communicative way, meaning the client will be challenged at all times to think, understand, learn and study in order to achieve the best results. The classes can take place at the clients’ workplace/residence or at the location of Dutch in Ghent (click here for exact address data). The classes take place in a non-formal setting and easily reachable location by public transport (tram, bus) and sufficient parking space for cars.
Dutch classes for private persons
Private Dutch lessons working towards a required level by the customer. These lessons focus strongly on a more personal approach and adaptation to the learners needs with a high degree of study guidance.
Small group Dutch classes working towards a required level or level B2 (ITNA-test Dutch for non-Dutch speakers). In these classes there is more room for structural assistance and study guidance as the amount of students is limited to 4 (max.5) per group.
Guidance on passing the Interuniversity Test of Dutch as a Foreign Language (Interuniversitaire Taaltest Nederlands voor Anderstaligen – ITNA). The ITNA is a level B2/C1-test, which can be required for certain professions.
Specialization in Dutch for drivers license (minimum of 10 x 2-hour classes and basic level Dutch required). In these classes there is plenty of room for structural assistance and study guidance as the amount of students is limited to 4 (max.5) per group.
Guidance on business communication Dutch (B2B &B2C), academic writing skills, and perfection of language knowledge to a desired or required level for Dutch.
Rates:
Private lessons: 59 euro per hour
Group classes 2 persons: 35 euro per hour per person
Group classes 3 persons: 25 euro per hour per person
Group classes 4--5 persons: 25 euro per hour per person
These rates exclude transportation costs (for on site teaching).
